Growing up near Comfrey Minnesota, a strong work ethic was instilled in Jeanne Adams at a young age working alongside her dad before and after school on their family farm.
After high school graduation, she immediately began working as a bookkeeper, as the bookkeeping bug had bitten her while taking a class at school.
The encouragement eventually came and Jeanne was convinced to go for her CPA license. She then moved to Stockton California where she attended Delta Community College and then Sacramento State University, graduating in the top 1% of her class with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. After focusing on CPA audit requirements in college, she realized she had a love of everything related to taxes and accounting. Having worked for companies and communities both large and small as an internal auditor, and regional comptroller, and eventually owning and operating her own successful companies in both California and Colorado, Jeanne was one of the few female CPAs during those times, making her a pioneer of sorts.
Eventually, she moved to Centennial Colorado, where she practiced as a CPA for 20 years. She now lives in Firestone, CO still performing her passion in life, helping others! A self-proclaimed very early {early} bird, when Jeanne is not working, she fills her hours with her numerous activities and diverse interests such as ballroom dancing, Pilates, horseback riding, camping, and playing pickleball. An avid reader and traveler for many years, she, is happily married, finding true love at 64 years of age. Jeanne now has two English Bulldogs Chesty and Hope who fill her time when she is looking for quality downtime.

Great CPA
We have been with Jeanne for 9 years. She has been reasonable in her prices and has done a good job in doing my taxes over the years I use Jeanne for all my payroll; preparing financials with QuickBooks (She trained me); and for my S corporate and Individual returns. Both my S Corporation and my Individual tax returns were audited for 3 years and both the IRS and Colorado ended up owing me money I am a member of a Partnership and Jeanne is very knowledgably with all the complex issues regarding a Partnership return and how this information flows into my S Corporation. We had used Turbo Tax for years, then one year we had made an error entering stock sales, (Turbo Tax didn’t catch the error). We got a bill from the IRS for a large some of money. We had Jeanne review and redo and she was able to reduce the debt to the IRS by over half. Jeanne has done our taxes every year since, approx. 10 years now. She has always worked in our best interest and gotten us the maximum refund. She is quick to prepare, E-File and get us our refunds in an expeditious manner. We highly recommend
